Families Vertellen

Omdat we deze site nog aan het bouwen zijn en de Engelse versie al af is voorlopig succes verhalen in het Engels

There is nothing more important than hearing what parents have to say about our program from their perspective. The testimonials that follow are all real stories and results that parents have seen in their children after completing the My Neuro Fitness Program.*

Every story is different, as each child has their own individual issues and circumstances that need to be addressed. While individual results may vary, what you will find consistently in these testimonials is that every family has experienced a positive change in their child. In many cases, the impact on the entire family has been overwhelmingly positive.**

We hope you will find a story that you can identify with to help you make a decision going forward. There is hope and help for your child, and our team is there to support parents like you and their families as holistic (complete) and understanding as possible. Our program and our people are dedicated to helping your child reach their own individual highest potential...

"My son Ryan went through the program at 16 because of ADHD, OCD and anxiety related issues".
"He was intense all the time. Now he’s not. He did the program for 4 months. His experience was life changing. He was able to calm down. He was able to see what the anxiety was doing to him. He did the program very intensily and finished quicker than expected. Now he loves to sit and relax and read. He actually changed his goal in life. He’s decided to go into journalism...."

Mia, mother of Ryan

Brit (8) was diagnosed with ADHD and was very unmanageable.
"The doctor diagnosed her with ADHD. I couldn’t let my teenage kids watch her. She was very impulsive and insistent; you couldn’t keep her attention. I saw the potential of how bright she could be, but I couldn’t get it out. She couldn’t tell right from wrong. We tried multiple medications and I hated the side effects.

I was blown away with how Arjan (founder of My Neuro Fitness) was able to explain to me what was going on. I knew we needed to do this now or we were going to spend the rest of our life paying for tutors and therapy. The one-on-one attention was what Brit needed. Everyone involved in the program was helping us step by step. They were always encouraging and supportive. With the help of the staff and their tools, they can set your child up for success. Brit is doing so good in school now. She’s a completely different kid. Anybody can have that. The assessment shows the ins and outs of a child, and explains what is going on. They can help your child overcome the battles they’re dealing with so they can reach their greatest potential."

Rebecca, mother of Brit

Tom 12-year-old, was not at the maturity level most of the other boys in his class were.
"His social skills were not what they should have been. I had a job at a school and I noticed that Tom acted different than most of his peers. It was heart wrenching. I learned about My Neuro Fitness programme from a friend and  I hoped Neuro Fitness was the answer. We explained to Tom that his brain didn’t learn the same way other kids’ brains did. We needed to teach his brain to learn differently so it could catch up.

We told him if he did this, it would help him make more friends. That was his motivating factor. For us it was a commitment. We knew what the commitment was and we knew it was going to help Tom. We didn’t want to medicate him.

We tackled it as a family. It has gone great, and he is doing really well. For the first time, a boy in the neighborhood asked if my son could come out and play. I had to tell him that Tom was not home because he was playing at a different friend’s house. I almost started to cry I was so happy. He’s invited to birthday parties now. It’s wonderful to see him laughing. He’s being more empathetic and demonstrative with his affection towards us, too. He’s more aware of how his actions are affecting other people.

In my opinion every other program addresses the symptoms, but My Neuro Fitness is probably the only one that finds out what’s causing them and why. You get answers as a parent. My son has a chance now, and we’re not worried about him anymore. The neuro fitness program changed everything. Educate yourself, get informed, and give My Neuro Fitness a chance and it will change everything for the better. It’s an investment in your child."

Elise, mother of Tom

Brian (12) has dyslexia. Like many others in the family. It was also difficult for him to maintain focus and to keep his attention during class hours.
"When the teacher was at the board writing notes, and Brian looked up and then down at his paper, things did not match up. Brian also struggled socially. He said, “I don’t have any friends.” My husband saw some information in the news paper about a new way of approaching learning and behavioral issues, and we signed up for the free screening. We did the testing and the results said that Brian’s left hemisphere was definitely weak, which impacted communications, language, development, speech, phonemic awareness, and reading. This lined up exactly with what we were told of dyslexia. We looked at each other and knew that this was exactly what we were seeing at home and at school.

Even if the program is online, the support is incredible. It wasn’t one of those things where they told us, “All of you just sit there quietly in the waiting room.” There was interaction with the entire family. Now, after having taken the My Neuro Fitness program, Brian is able to focus better at school. His remedial teacher saw a huge difference. He’s feeling more confident and it’s the program that we worked hard at, we have to thank. Within the first weeks of school, Brian came for the first time home talking about different boys he had started friendships with. The program helped him to communicate more effectively. My Neuro Fitness has opened up new possibilities for Brian. It’s not just an academic language improvement program, it treats everything. It treated Brian’s emotional health by addressing his ability to pay attention and focus in class. It allowed him to see he’s not broken. It’s opened the world up to him."

Marianne, Brian's mom

Mark (6) clearly had a very obvious developmental delay"The biggest issue was an auditory processing issue or the complete lack of understanding and capacity to handle multiple step directions. Mark, in particular, would get so emotional. He had an inability to rein in emotion the way someone his age clearly should be able to. Mark was behind in every phase of his life.My Neuro Fitness gave us hope that Mark could retrain His brain, so that all kinds of issues with gross and fine motor skills could be dealt with.

Things really turned around for Mark, even if it was a lot of work, when he was able to see his progression. He felt successful for the first time in his life. I would say there are two areas of improvement in particular. One area is simply processing speed. He is able to take in information, process it, and respond much more appropriately. Mark can do so at a much faster pace, facilitating better decision-making. The other area is his ability to recover emotionally from everyday life stresses and struggles. Mark’s ability to process information at a psychological and an emotional level has drastically improved as a bonus."

Camilla, mother of Mark

Bjorn (10)was lost in space. It would take him more than four hours a night to (not) finish his homework.
"He would get caught talking in school, asking his classmates what the teacher was saying because he wasn’t processing the information in the right way Bjorn took everything seriously. He couldn’t handle change well. Bjorn didn’t know how to make friends because he had no filter, which caused him to repel potential friends. He would only eat five things. He had a lot of intestinal issues for which we had to frequent the GP's office often.

We’d gone through years of testing and nobody could figure out what was wrong with Bjorn. I attended a lecture on new insights and better solutions for ADHD, Autism and dyslexia and after attending I called the clinic. I knew my prayers were answered. When I met the staff they were like family. It was an incredible bond. I felt they took my complaints seriously. I couldn’t wait to get the program started because I just knew in my heart of hearts that we were going to be okay. I was able to easily communicate with the entire staff, and Bjorn absolutely loved them.

Bjorn now gets jokes, and he belly laughs. He’s very happy and optimistic now, and has made a lot of friends. Bjorn has high self-esteem. What used to be a four-hour night of homework is now one hour the best school results(which was not the case before). He’s starting to eat better. I strongly recommend you do this for your children, if they have similar problems. This program changed not only my son’s life but also our family’s. It brought peace to our home and restored relationships that were broken. My Neuro Fitness was such a blessing for us. You just have to trust in yourself and the program because it really and truly does work. We’ve lived it. We’ve been there. We’ve done that. We know it works. You have to give your child that opportunity to thrive."

Jasmine, Bjorn's mother

"Pia (9) actually asked herself to do the Neuro Fitness program because she saw the improvements in her brother Jason.""She said, “I want that as well.”Pia has dyslexia. She would reverse letters and was reading two grade levels below hers. Pia was trying so hard, but she was close to giving up. Pia had her assessment and we decided, based on our previous experience to

participate in the program at the same time. Now Pia loves to read. For us there is nothing better than to see that when Pia is getting a new book it is like getting a new toy. All she wants to do is read. The pride that Pia carries is not something I gave her. It’s not something a tutor did for her. It something she worked hard at during the program,  and she did it herself. So when she is successful with her report card, that’s all hers."

Peter, Pia's dad
